Conference Information
2025 Fall Conference
The Cascade Chapter would like to invite you to attend our annual fall conference on October 17-18, 2025. The event will be held @ Samaritan Conference Center for Health Education in Newport, OR. This year, there is no charge to attend the fall conference. Please register below if you’re certified through HSPA for electronic CE submission. Due to space, we are limited to only 75 attendees.
